_ Une équipe de recherche qui développe des protocoles de transfert de gènes in vivo appliqués à des maladies de la rétine et à des maladies neuromusculaires (amyotrophie spinale et myopathie de Duchenne). Dans chaque modèle, un intérêt particulier est porté à l'efficacité du transfert de gène en fonction du mode d'administration utilisé, mais aussi à l'étude de la réponse immune associée ou non, et à la structure in vivo prise par le vecteur viral utilisé et son devenir.
_ Une équipe de Recherche & Développement qui développe de nouveaux outils de production, des procédés de purifications compatibles avec la production de vecteurs de grade clinique ainsi que la mise au point de tests contrôle qualité pour une application clinique. Le but étant de pouvoir transférer ces développements vers l'ABG (Atlantic Bio GMP).
_ Une plate-forme de productions des vecteurs viraux pré-cliniques.
